Argentina Privada
2005 DV 25 mins
Single Channel

This film consists of a series of subjective observations and meditations on the nature of time, space and the act of looking.

Every single shot is an hour long and taken from a static camera.

The shots are then speeded up, to varying degrees, illustrating the passage of time.

This restriction was imposed involuntarily, but, over the six-week period of the shoot, it became the preferred mode of operation.

The handicap thus became a part of the aesthetic.
